I’ve heard about LevelUp casino before, and I finally decided to test it after I found out it’s now the top 2 casinos on Askgambler and received the Players Choice award. I heard it was a modern platform that accepts cryptocurrencies and has many games provided by the best online casino software suppliers. Moreover, it quickly became popular—this site was launched only a few years ago, and it already has nearly 500,000 monthly visits.
So, I wanted to make sure the casino was as good as it seemed. Now, after playing at LevelUp for a few months, I must admit I’m impressed. In a good or a bad way? I reveal all the secrets in my LevelUp review.
Let’s start with the casino’s benefits and drawbacks. Among the pros are:
There are some cons, as well:
Let’s talk about bonuses—after all, it’s what interests players (including me) most. There are different categories of promotions, and I describe them all in detail below.
So, as I’ve noted before, there are four bonuses for new players at LevelUp casino.
Note that you can’t get all bonuses after depositing, for example, $80—the minimum deposit for 4 bonuses. You need to wager each of them step by step and get up to $400 and 200 free spins in total.
There are also some other important conditions to consider, so let's talk about the requirements and terms in more detail.
Speaking of minimum deposits, the equivalents in different currencies and cryptocurrencies are as follows:
Note that users from Sweden can’t receive these or any other bonuses. A player also won’t be able to play with their bonuses if they reside in Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Croatia, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Israel, Lithuania, Pakistan, Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Albania, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, India, Iraq, Latvia, Malaysia, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, and Turkey.
There are some generous offers for regular players, too. They can receive bonuses for playing on literally any day of the week:
Wagering requirements for FS Monday are 20x, while for all other bonuses it’s 40x. Again, the more you invest, the more you get, but as you can see, there are no no-deposit bonuses.
Like many other online casinos, LevelUp encourages its loyal customers by giving them VIP status. On this platform, a user can upgrade to:
The more you play, the higher status you get. Moreover, VIP members can receive a special bonus—an upgraded version of the weekend bonus: unlike non-VIP users, you can get a 50% bonus up to €/$1,000 and 50 free spins.
After I made my first deposit I got notified that I reached level 1 of the LevelUp Quest loyalty program and received 10 free spins with a pretty low wager of 10x. 10 free spins didn’t impress me too much but I looked at the term and conditions and realized that the rewards can be a lot more generous. Here is how the program works—you make deposits and get CPs credit as 1 point for every $12.5 that you spend at the casino. Note that this applies only to bets you make when playing slot games. In other cases—for example, when you play poker or roulette—it counts as 5% towards points and you don’t get any credits when playing live games.
CPs can be exchanged for real money, but you will need to wager your cash prizes 3 times. The max reward is pretty impressive: players can get up to $30,000 when reaching level 20.
Another thing I liked about LevelUp is that there are a lot of deposit/withdrawal methods to use. There are over 20 deposit options:
As for withdrawals, players can withdraw their earnings using one of the following methods:
Minimum withdrawal, in most cases, is $10-20, while maximum limits are $3,000. The only exception is cryptocurrency—if you get your winnings in BTC, you can withdraw as much as you want. Most payments are instant, except for credit card/bank transfer payments. But in fact, it does not always work as promised. I received my money using Skrill the next day, and well, the company notifies that this can happen in their Terms & Conditions.
There are a few ways to reach support at LevelUp: 1) contact live chat, where you can choose the category of the issue before you’ll be connected with a member of the support team, and they respond nearly immediately; 2) submit a customer ticket providing your email address and describing the issue; 3) or send an email. Of course, it’s much slower. I received the email from the company the next day but still got the answer to my question. There is also a hotline for those who have urgent questions—they can just call (855) 538-3542.
So, what playing at LevelUp was like? I’d like to start from the very beginning. To be honest, I had pretty high expectations—after all, it’s a popular new platform with rewards and a large number of members worldwide. It was well-promoted, and the site looked well, so yes, I expected it to be great.
Signing up turned out to be super easy and fast, but of course, that did not include the verification stage. I just looked through the list of games, read FAQ, and decided I was finally ready to get started and spend some real cash. I verified my identity and my phone number (it didn’t take much time) and looked through the slot games—I’m not such a big fan of table games, but still, I tried them, too.
Of course, I couldn’t miss the opportunity to receive that welcome bonus, and I was curious about how far I can get. As I’ve noted, you can get the second reward after receiving the first deposit bonus, the third bonus after wagering the second bonus, etc. So, I deposited 20 bucks and started playing. I was lucky, so I was able to wager my bonus without much problem and moved on to level two. Again, I was lucky so I got my second deposit too. I started thinking that I could reach level 3 and deposited 50 bucks, and well, lost. That happens—at least I enjoyed the game and considering that I received two first bonuses, I was still satisfied with my experience.
I played at the casino for two months overall and deposited about 400 bucks in total. Again, I can’t say that I won all the time—I lost enough, but in the end, I could double my deposit. To be honest, I tried to mentally prepare myself for unpleasant situations. You know how it happens—at some casinos, when you start winning and finally have that relatively large amount on your account, you are suddenly blocked “for security reasons”. Then you have your account blocked and your money frozen.
Fortunately, that didn’t happen at LevelUp. I’m not a crypto player—I prefer to spend and get fiat currencies, so I chose good old Skrill to get my money (there was no PayPal anyway), and as I’ve noted above, I received it not immediately but in 1 day.
Again, I expected a lot from this casino, and though it was not perfect, I was satisfied with my experience. I played on the desktop version of the site, I played on mobile, I tried a lot of different slots (I must admit LevelUp offers more high-quality games than many other online gambling platforms), contacted support to asked questions about bonuses and got answers, and most importantly, I verified my account and received my money without much difficulty. What I liked most was the transparent policy—LevelUp wasn’t one of the casinos that try to hide important information from a user (this was probably the most comprehensive Terms & Conditions I’ve ever read, and there was a separate section for Bonus T&C), so yes, I can recommend this platform to everyone who lives in one of the countries on LevelUp’s white list.Play now - LevelUp
